Return Policy
Returns
Items must be unworn and unwashed. All original tags must be bydxp. We allow mailed returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery date.
Please include the original invoice with your return (a photocopy is sufficient). Circle or highlight the item(s) being returned. We may charge a restocking fee of 5% of the value of each item returned, up to $10.
We strongly recommend that you send your package directly to your fulfillment center to obtain a receipt, as we are not responsible for lost packages without proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive your order, we will begin the refund process. Items in pristine condition and not final sale will be returned to the original form of payment. Refunds take 8-10 business days to process. The amount you receive is the amount after deducting shipping and restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive your order damaged or the item is defective or incorrect, you must contact our customer service through our online chat feature or email [email protected]. Please make sure to contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Orders returned without prior approval will be subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges and will be refunded to your customer account in the form of store credit.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or not as ordered. To determine if your order is eligible for return, please contact us at [email protected].

You can choose to ship your package back to us yourself or contact [email protected] to get a return label. If we provide you with a return label, the label fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to return your package yourself, please make sure to send it to the following address:

Again, we strongly recommend that you take your package directly to a fulfillment center to obtain a receipt for proof of delivery. If we do not receive your package and you do not have a receipt, we will not be able to process your return.
